PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Working at the Executive level you will be responsible to hire the best leaders for SAP and to

actively promote SAP in the marketplace as a destination for top leadership talent.

We provide an extremely high touch service to all stakeholders in a recruiting process and we act as an advisor to the hiring manager to help them through the specialist activity of recruiting and act as a custodian for SAP to ensure the right hire is made in line with organizational needs.

The Executive Recruiter owns recruiting service delivery to ensure the right hire is made in line with global and local policy and best practice in partnership with our colleagues in HR.

Executive Recruiters run the recruitment project; from point of Hiring Approval, we lead manager consultations, set the recruitment strategy and manage its execution through sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, hiring decision offer management to offer acceptance.

Executive recruiters directly source internal and external candidates for current hiring needs as well as, engaging passive talent for future business hiring needs.

Drive engagement with shortlisted candidates representing the SAP employer brand and the job

opportunity.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Understand SAP business model, organization, strategy and drivers.
  • Understand Strategy, Organization and Operations of your allocated client group/s
  • Consult with the business leads to develop a clear understanding of their requirements
  • Have the ability to operate effectively and act as the trusted advisor in the recruiting process
  • Develop and lead the recruiting strategy
  • Identify, attract, screen and select candidates
  • Coach managers through the process of candidate assessment and decision making
  • Manage the offer process for all hires in conjunction with our HR colleagues
  • Articulate SAP’s value proposition and strategy in an exciting and compelling manner

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 10 years’ experience in Executive Recruiting in a corporate or search firm environment.
  • Proven track record in identifying, attracting and selecting external passive talent
  • Working understanding of SAP’s business, strategy and leadership models
  • Knowledge of technology sector and core business functions
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for Executive Talent
  • Strong track record of consulting with and advising senior stakeholders
