As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. ```Duties``` - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client strategies - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth - Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our SaaS solutions - Assist with project management, ensuring timely delivery of client projects - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system ```Skills``` - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in the financial services industry is preferred - Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth - Proven account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service, we would love to hear from you.
