Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Duties:
- Supervise all aspects of the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and requests.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
- Conduct regular audits of front desk procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Assist with night audit duties as needed.
Skills:
- Proven experience in hotel management or similar roles.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using hotel phone systems and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette.
