Second Shift Manager on Duty - $19.25 per hour

Coral Beach Resort has an immediate opening for a full-time 2nd shift front desk agent/relief night auditor - 3rd shift. Previous hotel supervisory experience needed. Must flexible with work shift.

Duties consist of, but are not limited to:

• Compile daily stat reports -follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions
• Identify the cause of out-of-balance reports and revenue expenses and correct them in a timely manner.
• Produce other internal reports requested by management
• Checking guests in and out
• Answering incoming calls assisting callers with reservations needs and in-house guest needs
• Posting room deposits
• Working with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and up to standards before guest check-in and during guest stay
• Responsible for cash drawer and daily deposit of cash drawer
• Other duties as assigned by management
