SUMMARY

Sanctuary Wealth is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with Marketing, Partner Firms and other internal departments to create impactful print and digital materials. In addition to project management, the candidate will play a crucial role in providing content development and design support for social media and web teams. The role also involves assisting in various other graphic design needs as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Social Media Design: Producing graphics for various social media platforms.

· Digital Ad & UI Design: Designing digital advertisements, E-Mails and user interfaces.

· Image Manipulation and Typography: Utilizing image manipulation skills and excellent typography.

· Video and Animation (Desirable): Creating basic video content and animations.

· Brand Development: Assisting in guiding overall brand development for consistency across platforms.

· Collaborate with the team to develop and execute design strategies and implement templates for increased work flow.

· Create and maintain design guidelines.

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

· Stay current with design trends and advancements in the wealth management/finance industry.

· Actively participate in group brainstorming/concept development sessions with the Marketing team

· Interpret needs and create innovative designs to effectively convey desired ideas

· Knowledge of publishing principles, basics of publication design, and production methodology for publishing products in hardcopy or electronic format

· Take ownership of all areas of the design process from initial prototype to creation to the preparation of final mechanicals

· Create eye-catching brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral that preserves and elevates the brand

· Manage and document the approval process needed for each type of project

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:

· 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative suite tools, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

· Strong work ethic, great attitude, and the ability to maintain high-quality work.

· Effective collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

· Independent project management and timely delivery.

· The role demands creativity and strategic thinking to contribute to the brand strategy.

· Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing designs.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving brand needs.

· Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least one year of experience in copy-editing, print-publishing, or other formalized writing-heavy responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 3-5 years in the graphic design field, preferably in the finance/wealth management industry
• Clean portfolio showcasing both print and digital design samples.
