Anywhere is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer Near Miami, FL
The Corcoran Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer based in our Miami Beach, FL office.
The individual will work with our sales agents in the Miami Beach office and report to the Marketing Director out of our Palm Beach office. Additionally, the individual will allow the flexibility to work 2 days per week out of our neighboring Bal Harbour/Surfside Miami office.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle department email inbox (act as first line of response and distribute assignments to appropriate team members).
- Lead all aspects of print & digital ad reservation/coordination/submission processes.
- Vendor management – publications, promotional swag, signage, photographers and printers.
- Handle department AirTable tracking (assign projects to designers, track meeting activity, report progress/updates to Marketing Director).
- Customize and use branded templates for property and agent projects.
- Design property listings layouts for major newspapers and magazines.
- Produce special/custom projects as assigned.
- Train and assist agents with internal marketing platforms as needed.
- Run office stationary inventory and orders.
- Assist the Sales Managing Director (Broker) with regional projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required, preferably in marketing.
- One to three years of design experience, with at least one year with layout design strategies and execution. Background in real estate marketing is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop).
- Must be creative, pay strong attention to detail and able to prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized for efficient processes.
- Ability to build positive relationships with agents through ongoing communication and advice.
- Thrive independently with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment. You are confident working individually while keeping a constant open line of communication with the rest of your team.
- Ability to handle constructive criticism with a drive for continuous improvement and learning.
- Have a strong customer first mentality.
- Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish & English preferred
