Role Description:

• Conceptualize, design, and animate digital content including landing pages, website banners, social media posts, emails, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs meet specifications.
• Create visually appealing and effective designs in line with the brand message.
• Develop creative directions for projects, aligning designs with brand guidelines.
• Support the Marketing and Social Media teams with templates, video clips, and resizing tasks.
• Stay updated on design and animation trends and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
• Work with external vendors and agencies when necessary.
• Contribute to the evolution of visual brand guidelines.
• Help with creative direction for lifestyle photoshoots and video shoots.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design and animation, preferably in a creative agency or in-house team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and animation skills.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing boundaries.
• Ability to travel occasionally within Florida, or future remote properties
