At San Diego Humane Society, we’re united by our mission to Inspire Compassion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a broad range of Human Resources (known at SDHS as “Employee Engagement”) functions with a strong focus on employee relations. You will also participate in a variety of other HR administrative and strategic functions. You will support programs and departments in meeting their goals and maintaining a workplace culture that reflects organizational core values. What we’re looking for:
Location: Supporting all campuses, but based at our San Diego Campus. This position has the potential for remote work some days of the week.
Pay: Starting range is between $71,500 – $89,375 annually. The hourly rate is determined by your related education and experience.
