Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food production, customer service, and kitchen management

- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to customers

- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items and specials

- Coordinate catering events and ensure successful execution

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

- Handle cash handling procedures accurately

Skills:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably as a General Manager or similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences

- Proficient in managing inventory, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
