General Manager

Reports to: District Manager

Job Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for driving the business of the restaurant and managing the team in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong leadership, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, including food preparation, service, sales, and guest experience. The General Manager will also consult with other departments on product development and implementation. The General Manager will build relationships with all customers and ensure that all standards are met to keep guests satisfied and coming back. This position is part of a larger team of managers who report to the Owner President.

Requirements:
·Minimum of 3 years management experience in a full-service, casual dining restaurant with responsibility for meeting sales goals
·Strong decision-making skills with a focus on financial results and achieving results through guest satisfaction
·Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment, leading your team to ensure meet or exceed sales goals and standards while maintaining high standards of food, service, cleanliness, and safety
·Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment, leading your team of servers, kitchen staff and front staff in a timely manner while ensuring all standards are met to keep guests happy and coming back.
·Must be able to communicate effectively with customers both verbally and written; must be able to follow up after each interaction to ensure customer satisfaction
·Able to work in a team environment with a shared commitment to customer satisfaction
·Able to work in a fast-paced environment where there is constant change

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,789.00 - $58,000.00 per year
