The HR Manager plays a vital role on the team, reporting directly to the President. This position works with employees, from recruiting new hires to employee engagement, employee relations, performance management and succession planning. The HR Manager partners in employee benefits and compensation, as well as the day-to-day administration of all people processes.

As a successful HR Manager, you will:

  • Build long standing relationships with internal and external customers that trust you
  • Consistently grow as a HR practitioner while focusing on building efficient systems and people solutions for the organization.

HR Manager core responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end to end recruitment lifecycle from planning and organizing through onboarding and training while collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Administering HR processes including policies and procedures, organizational development, HR KPI’s, and HRIS.
  • Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering policies and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating work activities of direct reports
  • Managing all employee relations, as a liaison and advocate for the organization’s culture.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance for the organization, including employment law, filings, and safety.
  • Managing employee benefits administration

Qualifications


HR Manager Qualifications:

  • 5 years of human resources experience required with 2 years of HR management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
  • Working experience with HRIS and payroll systems, Paycom preferred
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, AAP, HIPAA
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, self-motivated and highly organized

Salary range: 70-80k depending on experience, education, and proficiency

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
