We are seeking an organized and friendly Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and employees. Your main responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks.
Pay: $18.50 - $29.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, taking messages as necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that it is presentable at all times
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, including booking conference rooms and providing refreshments as needed
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that inventory is stocked and organized
