Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. Responsibilities: - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence - Assist with medical receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors - Answer phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Maintain accurate order entry and inventory records - Assist with administrative tasks in a dental office setting - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately Requirements: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in event planning or customer support is a plus Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
