One full time position is available within our campus based Intensive Treatment Residence Adolescent program to oversee all operations. Primary responsibilities include: develops and provides leadership in the delivery of clinical services and programming; oversees program operations and service delivery; provides supervision of program leadership team members, including clinical staff and Assistant Program Manager; ensures the integration of trauma-informed care in all aspects of programming; ensures compliance with licensing and regulatory standards; provides clinical support to program and after-hours on-call. We seek culturally competent, strengths-oriented personnel who possess an understanding of our communities served. MSW/MA with 3 years direct clinical experience and previous supervisory experience required; licensed or license eligible required. Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
