Family Services Association is Hiring a Program Manager Near River, MA
- Develop, supervise and manage all aspects of the program.
- Ensure coordination with the FRC’s Network Service providers and for managing other external community relations and monitoring community needs.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision for all FRC staff, including the Clinician and Family Partner.
- Fulfill reporting requirements of the department.
- Evaluate program and staff performance on an ongoing basis.
- Perform community liaison functions including serving on committee, speaking to interested groups and other duties of a public relations nature.
- Participate/institute on-going C.Q.I. activities and provide quality service to clients.
- Serve as the volunteer coordinator and shall work directly with Family Members as needed
- Facilitate family and youth groups.
- Respond to reasonable expectations of Agency and/or supervisor.
- Focuses on understanding and meeting family needs.
- Maintains positive work relationships in a respectful and collaborative manner.
- Maintains good communication with others ensuring others have necessary information.
- Actively works toward organizational improvement and professional growth.
- Maintain all ethical and legal requirements of the Agency.
- Certificate in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field may be substituted for two years of the required experience.
- Graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for three years of the required experience.
