Enjoy flexibility with Monday through Friday schedules, one weekday off, and no holidays. Operating from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with rotating on-call weekends and per-diem hours available, we ensure work-life balance.

As an LPN - Adult Program Nurse, you play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our individuals. You conduct in-home audits, maintain meticulous health records, and actively assess and coordinate healthcare services. Your proactive communication extends to the Director of Nursing, healthcare team members, parents/guardians, the Area Director, and relevant medical providers.

You diligently manage medication and treatment orders, contribute to staff training, and perform physical assessments, including vital sign monitoring. From administering medications adhering to MAP regulations to providing wound care and G and J tube care, your day is diverse, busy, and filled with moments that matter!

• Valid driver's license

1 years of experience as an LPN is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome!
