Job Location Old Dutch Foods, Inc - Roseville, MN Education Level Undisclosed The Relief Salesperson duties include servicing the Twin Cities (orders, delivers and stock shelves, displays, and display racks) to an average of 40-60 accounts, some twice or more per week. Handle over 150 different types of products. You must be well groomed, organized, self- motivated, have good customer skills, communication skills and the ability to generate new sales.

***Key Job Duties:***

* Assure that the costumer is stocked with product, product is rotated properly and that the product is displayed or merchandised to company specifications.

* Manage time to service customers on schedule and at appropriate times.

* Setup and maintain displays.

* Maintain good customer relations and service.

* Order appropriate amounts of product.

* Generate new sales through interaction with retailer decision makers.

* Load and unload route truck with product.

* Report maintenance and repair as needed on delivery truck.

* Participate in required meetings regarding new products or promotions.

* Housekeeping - keeps truck neat and tidy and other equipment (handheld/printers) clean.

* Complete paperwork accurately, neatly and timely.

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous full-time work experience required. Driving record free of any offenses for the previous two years. Good math skills required. Effective communication skills: reading, writing, and verbal. Previous working experience in retail grocery or direct store delivery desired. Some college and computer skills desired. Previous truck-driving experience desired. DOT Medical Certification required.

* Push and pull 2-wheel cart loaded with product up to 150 lbs.

* Climb ladders and steps.

* Work in all types of weather conditions.
