We are in search of a Sales/ Customer Care Assistant in charge of building a strong relationship with our retail accounts and customers.

The sales Rep duties include talking to customers, both online, on the phone and at events. This includes sharing product insights and using marketing strategies delivered by the brand to increase customer knowledge, improve the brand's visibility, and generate sales.

Responsibilities :

• Meet sales goals
• Educate and sell new products and marketing/promotional initiatives
• Create and develop strong working relationships with key retail contacts
• Exercise strong presentation skills
• Provide ongoing training (one-on-one and groups) to retail personnel on products, services and promotions
• Provide timely and complete follow-up to all estheticians, management/store representative needs and customer requests
• Data and information reporting, weekly summary reports outlining activities
• Understand perfectly your customer portfolio, know the different decision makers and build strong business relationships with them

The ideal candidate must have:

• Applicant must be 18 years old with an active and valid Florida esthetician license
• The candidate must possess strong selling skills in a customer service/admin/tele-sales environment
• Must enjoy working with spas, estheticians, be sales-directed, and committed to excellent customer service
• Strong B to B sales experience, preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
