Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Melbourne, FL.
Here's what you'd do:
  • The Customer Center Receptionist supports the operations at Embraer's Global Customer Center. This role has an important Customer-facing responsibility to represent the brand during customer and leadership interactions.

    JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
    • Study the Customer's briefing material to be prepared for the next day's activities
    • Greet Customers by name, direct them to the meeting room or to their focal point
    • Keep track of Customer's activities, notifying their whereabouts on the teams group chats
    • Manage visitor badge log and provide Customers/Guests with Badges
    • Offer Customers/Guests beverages upon arrival
    • Send emails to the guard gates with information on future guest arrival
    • Maintain the coffee area organized; interact with the attendant when additional supply is needed
    • Answer Customer's calls and determine the correct person/department to route them to
    • Responsible for maintaining Showroom ambiance by:
      • Turning all mockups' lights on, setting up mood lighting, wiping fingerprints
      • Inspecting the mockups after each visitor, realign the seats
      • Reporting any possible mockup damage
      • Call Day Porter when cleaning is needed
    • Support with hosting of internal events as needed
    • Assist guests/vendors to check in on the iPad
    • Keep track of vendors and ensure their activity is not conflicting with Customers' activities
    • SAP Focal point for purchasing of office supplies and payment of vendors
    • Redirects visitors to the correct room/building
    • Sign for mail, sort through it and redirect to the correct department
    • Professional personal presentation and personal hygiene are of extreme importance
    • Business Professional dress code
    • Other duties as assigned

  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience as receptionist, administrative assistant or an in-person customer facing role
