Your Impact:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO campaign management, agency management, and lead generation. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to optimize websites, lower customer acquisition costs, generate leads, create awareness, and support the overall growth of the company and its brands.

Responsibilities:

Website Management:

• Create and manage SEO and content strategy based on keyword research and website analytics.
• Manage and coordinate content management systems, lead form management, call tracking, landing pages, A/B testing, and web hosting.
• Identify strategic opportunities for channel expansion and offer expert guidance and direction in executing website campaign management, tracking, landing pages, and forms, including full-funnel tracking.
• Optimize link building, content visibility, site structure, and eliminate duplicate content to promote healthy websites and other technical SEO practices.
• Work with agency partners to develop branded copy and creative that resonates with defined target segments and drives toward sales and keyword growth.
• Build a deep understanding of customers and the customer funnel, ensuring channels and content strategies drive high-quality leads.

Lead Generation:

• Implement website lead generation, SEO, and content strategies to drive keyword ranking and qualified leads while supporting sales pipeline growth.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new digital formats, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into website and content strategies as appropriate.
• Other marketing responsibilities as needed.

Agency Management:

• Monitor agency performance, including budget adherence, project timelines, and deliverable quality.

• Collaborate with third-party partners to develop, refine, and implement effective digital SEO and content strategies aligned with SageHome's objectives.
• Act as a liaison between SageHome and third-party partners, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, monitor and analyze website and campaign performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and work closely with partners to implement necessary adjustments for improved outcomes.

• Track and report on SEO and lead generation performance, including lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and keyword growth.

Relevant Marketing Experience, if applicable:

• Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in email marketing campaigns and digital campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of video production and ability to coordinate video shoots and content creation.
• Photography skills, including setting up photo shoots and taking high-quality photos.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required.
• 3 years of experience in SEO campaign management, agency management, and lead generation.
• Experience with Wufoo, CallRail, and basic proficiency in Wordpress, HTML, and FTP uploads. Also understand web crawling and best practices for SEO.
• Direct experience working with websites, SEO, Google (GTM, GA4, GMB), Bing, Meta, and analytics platforms.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful SEO and website campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting.
• Creativity and ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
