- Seeking an Energetic Person with Experience in: Big Box Store Employee Scheduling, Person to Person Sales, Setup, and the ability to Manage a Team.
- We are currently seeking a Marketing Team Leader. $55,000 - $95,000 base plus commission and bonuses annually
- Our Managers are on a Base Salary, Plus our uncapped bonus and commission plan!
- Recruit, train and motivate your team
- Work alongside your team while inside Big Box Stores, schedule free in-home estimates and receive bonuses by doing so.
- Examples of stores include: Buying Clubs & Hardware Chains
- Be a self-starter while working in a team environment and become a fearless face-to-face communicator. Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Regional Marketing Management or Sales
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in a managerial role
- Ability and desire to be coached.
- An energetic, persuasive personality and positive attitude is a MUST along with the ability to Pass a background check, Pass 4 4-panel drug screen test and have a Valid Driver’s License.
