Disaster Restoration Company in Livonia, MI is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative for immediate consideration.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Deal directly with customers, contractors, and our franchise network either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face
Prepare estimates and invoices
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Set up and manage customer accounts
Communicate and coordinate directly with our production department
Set up shipments
Education and Experience
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Prior customer service experience/ knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
**Prior accounting and collections experience is a PLUS
The Ideal Candidate would have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under limited supervision
Adaptability
Multi-tasking skills
While the standard shift is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm- we are a 24/7, 365, on-call restoration company. Occasional overtime and after hours calls will happen.
