Disaster Restoration Company in Livonia, MI is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative for immediate consideration.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Deal directly with customers, contractors, and our franchise network either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face 

• Prepare estimates and invoices 

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries 

• Handle and resolve customer complaints 

• Set up and manage customer accounts 

• Communicate and coordinate directly with our production department 

• Set up shipments 

Education and Experience 

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent 

• Prior customer service experience/ knowledge of customer service principles and practices 

• Knowledge of relevant computer applications 

• **Prior accounting and collections experience is a PLUS 

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• Attention to detail and accuracy 

• Ability to work under limited supervision 

• Adaptability 

• Multi-tasking skills 

While the standard shift is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm- we are a 24/7, 365, on-call restoration company. Occasional overtime and after hours calls will happen.
