We are actively looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide support to SAGE's clients and programs.

This is a Full-Time, remote position. Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail orientated individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and a background in office administrative.

This position will:

• Provide support to SAGE clients by reviewing their intake documents, ensuring completion
• Respond to client medical records requests, including ROIs and Intake Documents

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Differential pay offered!
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required. AA in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred.
• Prior experience in behavioral health field strongly preferred
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills
