ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Channel Development Manager to lead the development and execution of channel partnerships at SafetyIQ. This pivotal role aims to amplify our market presence and drive revenue growth through strategic channel sales strategies and robust partner relationships. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • and execute innovative and comprehensive channel sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • understand our partners' business models and craft custom solutions to enhance their sales performance.
  • and onboard new channel partners while enriching existing partner relationships.
  • regular assessments of partner performance to ensure both compliance and profitability.
  • informative training sessions about our product features, current sales techniques, and market trends to enhance market effectiveness.
  • ongoing support and tools to enable partners to function autonomously and successfully.
  • closely with the marketing team to create and execute joint marketing programs and campaigns that enhance partner engagement and promote sales growth.
  • and analyze market trends and sales data to forecast future sales volumes.
  • detailed reports on channel sales, partner performance, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • all channel activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations to ensure alignment and productive engagement.

ABOUT YOU

You are a seasoned sales professional with at least three years of proven experience and success in channel sales and partnership management, with experience in SaaS, IVMS or safety-related software solutions highly desirable. You will have a high-performance mindset, with innovative problem-solving skills that will have you thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment. In addition, you will have:

  • advanced channel sales techniques and management strategies including developing differentiated value propositions, orchestrating joint business plans, empowering partners through robust sales enablement tools, and strategically incentivizing performance to optimize sales outcomes and foster partner loyalty.
  • experience with of customer relationship management (CRM) tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • strong team player who can also work independently, a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up to scale-up environment.
