Job Summary
Responds to inquiries, indexes the database and forwards callers to appropriate adjusters. Answers basic questions as described below. Work from home options available following a training period in the Boston office.
Duties

• Uses information from the companys database and knowledge of company procedures to answer routine inquiries such as: claim number, adjuster name and extension/fax number
• Index callers based on claim number and forward to appropriate adjuster
• Covers reception areas and follows procedures
• Delivers time sensitive messages to Company personnel
• Performs other activities as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 1 years of experience in a customer service environment required
• Exceptional telephone communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong typing skills required
• Bilingual a plus
