About the role

As our sole Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our users and market demands. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams from ideation to product launch, leveraging market insights to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

This is a hybrid role in our downtown Austin,Texas office.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct both user and market research to identify customer needs, market gaps, and emerging trends
• Translate market insights into actionable product concepts and ideas, creating and leveraging low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed product requirements and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Drive the execution of product development initiatives, collaborating with the engineering team in the prototyping, development, and launch processes
• Advocate for users’ needs at every step of the development cycle
• Develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate ProCure's offerings in the market
• Talk to customers and see if we’ve knocked their socks off or missed the mark. Review analytics and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to guide what we do next

• Strong experience in product management, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives
• Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
• Deep understanding of and appreciation for rich user experiences and world-class design
• Willingness and eagerness to take a hands-on approach to finding elegant solutions to complex product challenges
• Understanding of market and industry trends
• Self-starter who has proven their ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in rapidly changing environments
