Your typical day at work :

As a , you will be the first line of support for our customers and Partners. You will be :

• Answering incoming and placing outbound calls to customers and partners to help answer technical assistance & process questions and provide solutions around HVAC installs and repairs
• Troubleshooting company products and services; enhancing the customer experience through excellent communication of complex situations and solutions.
• Use systems to solve, escalate and close all support request

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 3-6 months of technical customer service experience, 1 year of call center experience an asset.
• Basic or advanced HVAC knowledge is an asset
• Experience within a Home Improvement Retail store is an asset
• Must possess a strong ability to interact with customers remotely to negotiate spending time on the phone, working through the alarm issue remotely vs.

receiving service within the home or business

• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers, breaking down complex problems into understandable / common terms is also necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple items at once

Important Details :

• Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada for the duration of your employment
• Must have open availability to work between Monday through Friday 8 : 00am - 10 : 00pm Eastern Time (EDT)Saturday and Sunday 9 : 00am - 8 : 00pm Eastern Time (EDT)
• Must have your own Windows 10 / 11 computer that you can use for work. It will need to be connected directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable while working and should have at least 8 GB of available RAM.

Additionally, you will need a minimum internet speed of 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.
