Rusk Kitchen Bar located in East Walnut Hills, featuring a elevated atmosphere with upscale dining, 2 bars, roof top patio, and event space. This is a fresh concept that has unique challenges. We are searching for a industry experience leader, ability to think on their feet, great sense of urgency, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. High volume cocktail & wine knowledge is must. Ability to understand P&L, inventory systems, and strong leadership with training & development.
Duties:
- Shift management, organizing Front of House team for daily operations
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Collaborate with other leadership to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in beverage operations or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of front of house operations, high standards, and development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beverage operations.
