Position: Legal Support Specialist

Who We Need: Our team is looking for a Support Specialist to assist with creditor’s rights work. No experience with creditor’s rights work is necessary. We are looking for an individual who is hard-working, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing information subpoenas, restraining notices, executions, and other legal documents.
• Conducting online research.
• Handling filings through NYSCEF and PACER.
• Performing administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, etc.
• Providing assistance to attorneys.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years in a professional office setting is preferred.
• Well-organized.
• Strong word-processing skills.
• A self-starter.

Wage Information:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience and skillset.
