We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in our Shipping Department. This person will be assisting our salespeople in various sales, shipping, and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and willing to help out wherever needed.

• Data entry into Excel for daily reports.
• Data Entry into LumberTrack Inventory software.
• Scheduling trucks/rail for shipments.
• Calling customers to let them know their shipments are ready to pick up.
• Checking in trucks.
• Completing the Bill of Ladings and Invoices.
• Waybills.
• Inventory counts daily, weekly, and month-end.
• Filing paperwork daily.

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
• Positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Effective organization, planning, implementation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment.
• Experience with LumberTrack Inventory Software and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Hours are typically 40 hours/week, start time may vary between 5:00 am-7:00 am. Overtime varies.
