We empower our employees to take charge and step up to any challenge. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop new business through lead generation, cold communications (i.
e., phone calls, emails, social platforms), and referrals. Successfully onboard customers through internal department processes and collaboration.
Grow market share with existing customers by positioning RPM’s full suite of services and executing on customer strategy through proactive communications.
Anticipate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service. Monitor customer and industry vertical trends to take appropriate actions to optimize revenue.
Manage daily customer operations in our transportation management system including but not limited to building orders, shipment capacity coverage, tracking, billing, collections, and issue resolution.
Prepare presentations, provide cost comparisons, and present QBRs to customer stakeholders. Adhere to departmental KPI’s, production metrics, and sales-related activities, including pipeline management.
Attend and participate in any trainings or educational sessions deemed necessary by department. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree 1-5 yrs.
