  • Develop new business through lead generation, cold communications (i.e., phone calls, emails, social platforms), and referrals.
  • Successfully onboard customers through internal department processes and collaboration.
  • Grow market share with existing customers by positioning RPM’s full suite of services and executing on customer strategy through proactive communications.
  • Anticipate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor customer and industry vertical trends to take appropriate actions to optimize revenue.
  • Manage daily customer operations in our transportation management system including but not limited to building orders, shipment capacity coverage, tracking, billing, collections, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide strategic planning including but not limited to pricing, operational efficiencies, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare presentations, provide cost comparisons, and present QBRs to customer stakeholders.
  • Adhere to departmental KPI’s, production metrics, and sales-related activities, including pipeline management.
  • Attend and participate in any trainings or educational sessions deemed necessary by department.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-5 yrs. of Logistics or Supply-chain Experience
  • 1-5 yrs. of Automotive or OEM Experience
  • Customer Service/Support
  • Experience with CRM Platforms such as Salesforce
  • Experience with lead generation platforms such as ZoomInfo
  • Ability to travel (less than 5% of the time) to meet with customers and/or attend industry conferences
