Onboarding

● Perform Move-In Inspection and Document Condition

Property Management

● Remove any Marketing Signs

● Attend Code Inspections (if applicable)

● Perform Mid-Tenancy and Annual Inspection

● Post Notices (if applicable)

● Check Vacancy Status

● Perform “Safety Check” (if applicable)

● Perform Drive-By Inspections

● Write up all inspection reports and deliver to assist property manager

● Work with PMs for consistency in inspection process

● Be available to the PM, Asst. PM and MC for out of office work to assist team

Maintenance

● Notify Asst. PM and PM of items on Inspections or from Drive-by

● Look for proactive or preventative maintenance items at all properties

Move-Outs/Turnovers

● Perform a MO Inspection after tenant M/O

● Perform a QC Inspection check all work / must pre-walk unit before work

Leadership & Business Metrics

● Develop working relationships and Integrate with internal team

● Contribute to property management and maintenance metrics

Education/Experience Requirements

● Strong critical thinking skills and overall communication skills

● Basic computer skills required w/ability to learn new software programs

● Customer service minded

● Understand laws/statutes related to the position

● Possess and maintain a valid drivers license

● Field position

● M-F 8-4 pm
