Americare Home Care Services LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our home care services to potential clients, building relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations, and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, senior communities, senior centers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

4. Conduct presentations and sales meetings with prospective clients, caregivers, and decision-makers to promote our services and value proposition

5. Attend senior events, trade shows, and community events to represent the company and generate leads.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting home care services

8. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.

**Qualifications:**

Proven track record of success in sales.

Knowledge of the home care industry, healthcare market dynamics, and regulatory requirements preferred.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
