The position: The Senior Corporate Recruiter will partner with corporate leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company to deliver the best talent. The Corporate Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going hiring manager relationships all while having FUN doing it! As a Corporate Recruiter on our team you will epitomize the definition of a head hunter
Responsibilities
- Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging industry connections
- As a partner to the hiring manager in the search process, develop an expert understanding of the requirements and target relevant companies
- Research and source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, and other resources
- Proactively monitor and evaluate the candidate pool and recalibrate strategy, as needed
- Recruits, screens, and recommends placement of candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines for all assigned searches within the ATS (iCIMS)
- Participate in highly confidential searches with senior leadership
- Manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure that candidates have a positive recruiting experience, regardless of the outcome
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate recruiting
- Strong research and sourcing experience, with strong knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter and CRM/Applicant Tracking Systems and their usage
- Knowledge of recruiting best-practices
- Experience in developing and applying a sourcing strategy approach for hard to fill roles, which results in a diverse slate
- Experience partnering with managers and executives
- Comfort level with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS systems; knowledge in iCIMS a plus
- Ability to work independently with little oversight
- Proficiency in MS Office
