The position: The Regional Manager will lead in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management; recruit, train, develop and supervise Community Managers, and share responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and performance of assigned properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Train, evaluate and supervise all on-site staff; recommend probation or termination if indicated
  • Monitor compliance to all RPM Living policies and procedures, laws and ordinances, and safety procedures
  • Improve the overall financial performance of all properties within the portfolio by increasing revenues and controlling expenses while maintaining Company standards
  • Responsible for all day to day property operations
  • Maximize resident retention
  • Promptly escalate resident issues involving safety, loss of income or damage to property
  • Develop and implement marketing plans specific to the needs of each Community
  • Communicate effectively and consistently with Senior Management to provide updates on Community operations and issues
  • Optimize the use of personnel resources by hiring, training, empowering and motivating on-site Property Managers and team members
  • Prepare annual budgets, goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years Regional Property Management experience, 2 years in a Regional or multi-site manager role
  • 3rd party management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A valid Driver’s License is required
  • Experience with Yardi Software a plus
  • Strong work ethic
  • Works well with a team

Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid driver’s license.
