RP is seeking a Business Development Manager to support our accelerated growth. The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager role has proven expertise in business development and government contracting and is well versed in 8(a) program and winning direct awards. This individual shall be detail-oriented with a strong desire to make a positive impact. You’ll work in a people-first environment that promotes entrepreneurship, rewards innovation and growth, and encourages our employees to think strategically to develop solutions that drive long-lasting value for our federal customers.
This position will have the flexibility to work remotely most of the time, as well as from our coworking location. (Our preference, although not a requirement, is that the Inside Sales Officer work out of our coworking location at least one day per week.)
