Inside Sales Representative
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote products or services
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects who have shown previous interest in the company's offerings
- Research and identify target markets and industries to focus on for business development opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound calling or inside sales role
