As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Working with HOT LEADS - NO COLD CALLING
  • Qualifying outbound and inbound leads to assist in resolving tax debt
  • Diligently following up with clients via outbound calls and communication through our CRM system
  • Demonstrating effective closing skills and employing a consultative sales approach
  • Onboarding new clients and guiding them through our contract
  • Managing the CRM system efficiently to ensure all sales goals are met
Requirements for this role:
  • Highly motivated, self-starting individuals with a mindset geared toward success
  • Articulate, conscious, and communicative
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with customized CRM systems is advantageous
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday (In-office position)
