As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Working with HOT LEADS - NO COLD CALLING
Qualifying outbound and inbound leads to assist in resolving tax debt
Diligently following up with clients via outbound calls and communication through our CRM system
Demonstrating effective closing skills and employing a consultative sales approach
Onboarding new clients and guiding them through our contract
Managing the CRM system efficiently to ensure all sales goals are met

Requirements for this role:

Highly motivated, self-starting individuals with a mindset geared toward success
Articulate, conscious, and communicative
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with customized CRM systems is advantageous
Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday (In-office position)
