We plan on stocking architectural columns: porch columns and interior columns, somewhere in the Atlanta metro area and need a sales rep to get lumberyards and end-users to buy them. There is already strong demand for our products in the area. Base Pay is $50,000 3.5% uncapped commissions. Some of our individual projects have reached up to $1.6 million.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers in the market

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals

- Experience in outside sales or business development is desirable

- Proficient in using technology for sales presentations and CRM systems

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
