Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products
- Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is desirable
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage accounts effectively and build long-term relationships
