Summary :

Provide outstanding guest service based on Company Standards by promptly answering incoming calls in a friendly manner before the third ring, using the correct greeting spiels, using professional phone etiquette, and connecting callers to the correct extensions or guest rooms The PBX Operator is also responsible for relaying guest requests to the appropriate departments

Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Use proper phone etiquette and greetings
• Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or guest rooms
• Relay guest requests to relevant departments
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco / nicotine-free policy
