Summary :
The Sales Administrative Supervisor provides direct support to the DOSM in the many different facets of the sales / marketing process, including daily administrative duties, preparing budgets, and reports, tracking / organizing sales inventory, and special projects.
This position also supervises and assists in the hiring of new admins, onboarding, training, handling payroll, scheduling, and coaching.
Undertakes the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages routing correspondence, and handling sales managers' requests and queries appropriately.
Collaborates in the day-to-day marketing projects for the Hotel and assists in the back and forth between the Hotel and marketing / advertising vendors.
