Summary :
Summary The cook chef at Rosen Hotels &Resorts is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of food items for all outlets while maintaining a level of professionalism in the kitchen based on Company Standards They must always follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the highest quality of food service
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook food items according to specified recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of food meet Company Standards and guest expectations
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Maintain proper food handling, including tasting and smelling, to ensure food quality
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food preparation and service -
- Assist in inventory monitoring and control to avoid shortages or wastage
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests and team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the kitchen management team
