Summary :
Greet and escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with handling luggage, and provide information on available services, facilities, and attractions.
Deliver outstanding guest service based on Company Standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist arriving hotel guests courteously.
- Handle guests' luggage with care and attention.
- Ensure guests' needs are met during their stay.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco / nicotine-free policy.
