You can become a part of the team behind the team as our IT Support Specialist, you provide support and assistance to all employees using company owned technology products.

Day-to-day:

• Assisting with stats technologies, scoring equipment and functions, as well as timing systems and equipment
• Working with NBA stats system testing with offsite provider (Genius), officials. locker room technology and belt pack setup & testing protocols.
• End of game status reporting
• Provide support for email, office software and hardware. Support users based on Help Desk Tickets, phone and drop-in. (Tier 1 support.)
• Computer Deployment.
• Event Support for other Rose Quarter events.
• Assist with maintenance of facility wiring, including termination and patching of systems.

We’d like to hear from you if you:

• Associate degree in Computer Support or similar field and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of A/V experience.
• Experience working with IT, Broadcasting and Production teams is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and tackle issues with electronic devices.
• Possess technical and digital literacy.
• Knowing the internal and external customers' needs and responding; accordingly, anticipating customer needs; giving high priority to service and customer happiness.
• Knowledgeable of electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
• Identifying cause and effect relationships; draws the right conclusion from the information.
• Anticipating errors, diagnosing cause of errors, and making needed repairs.
