We are a growing real estate company with an established culture of success and are looking for a detail oriented and outgoing Office Support Specialist to support our office staff and agents.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Answers incoming phone calls and directs to appropriate company personnel.
- Maintains up-to-date inventory of office supplies and materials.
- Adds newly onboarded agents to appropriate systems and directories.
- Assists with monthly billing of agent membership fees.
- Assists with one-off billing for additional agent purchases.
- Assists the closing department with preparation of documents for commission payments.
- Special projects as assigned.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Highly detailed and customer service oriented.
- Team player and excellent communicator.
- Knowledge in the following systems is preferred: Google Workspace, VOIP Phone Systems
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
