Quality Support Specialist - 100% Remote

The Quality Support Specialist performs root cause analysis of incoming denials and adjustments due to avoidable losses, and provides monitoring and analysis of performance measures, productivity and quality indicators for all Denial Management staff. Reviews and develops solutions to complex problems with multiple departments and facilities. Works independently using discretionary ability, making complex decisions. In all aspects, the incumbent serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years work experience in the health care field with strong revenue cycle experience and insurance/reimbursement knowledge

• 1 year Demonstrated experience with both technical and soft skill training, quality management, documentation and technical writing

• 1 year experience in self-directed activities, multi-disciplinary work teams both as team leader and team member

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in a lead role
