Rose International is Hiring a Human Resources Consultant Near Pasadena, CA

  • Office Location (if remote, please provide the Client Site address) : Within SCAL Region (not Kern County) to be determined
  • Any Travel for this role? : No
  • Remote Options (Fully Remote, Partially Remote, Client Onsite) : Flexible, some remote and some in office
  • If Remote :

o Will the worker need to be Remote local to the office or Remote anywhere in the US : Will commute to the assigned office location a few days a week and remote some days per week to be determined

If Onsite (please note if the worker is onsite, they must be vaccinated before starting the role) :

o Parking Situation : When visiting assigned medical center, they will park in designated employee parking areas only

o Dress Code : when reporting to a Client site, they need to be professional

  • Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education : bachelors
  • How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 5 Hr and Change management
  • Specific Systems Knowledge Required : Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred :
  • Expected Shift : M F, 8 5 pm
  • Top Three things Worker will be doing

1. Providing HR consult to managers on HR related issues (i.e., change management / impact bargaining, providing clarity on language in labor contracts, assisting with employee investigations)

2. Responding timely to inquiries via Email, Teams, phone calls, etc., to clients, peers and leaders

3. Entering documents, details and notes relating to HR consulting matters into HR database

Top Three Skillsets needed

1. Strong HR consulting background including California labor laws

2. Labor Relations HR consulting skills and ability to thought partner with clients to solve / resolve issues

3. Excellent interpersonal / communication skills, both verbally and in writing
